In short

• You don't need an account. On Free we don't ask for your name, email or payment details; for Plus and Pro you pay through Stripe.
• Your business profile, your tasks, your photos and everything your team makes are stored on your own device (in your browser's storage). Not in a Teampje database.
• To do the work, we send your task, your business profile and any photo to AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini, Veo), via Vercel's AI Gateway. You agree to this before you start.
• Images and videos you have made are stored at a long, unguessable link (Vercel Blob) so you can view and share them.

What we process and why

• The website you enter: we read the public pages once to build your business profile. We don't store the content.
• Tasks and photos: only to do the work. They go to the AI model and back to your device.
• Weather and holidays: for useful timing we look up the weather forecast for your town (Open-Meteo) and the public and school holidays of your country (OpenHolidays). Only the name of your town is sent for this, and only the country code to OpenHolidays.
• Usage counters: to keep it free we count how many tasks a device and an IP address do per day. These counters expire after about a day.
• Anonymous usage figures: we count per day how often parts of the app are used (for example "copied a post" or "finished a task"), added up for all devices together. No name, device ID, IP address or content, and no cookies. We keep these numbers for up to 120 days.
• Feedback: if you send feedback in the app, we keep your rating, your text, your type of business and the app language. No name or email, for up to 120 days. Please don't include customer details.
• Security: we use Vercel BotID to keep out abuse by bots.
• Plus and Pro: payment goes through Stripe. Stripe processes your name, email and payment details; we don't see them. Your device only holds a code with your subscription number and plan. It is sent with each request, so we can count per subscription how much you have left today.

Your rights

Because everything is stored on your own device, you are in control. Under Me → Erase everything on this device you remove it all. Want us to take down an image or video you made, or have a question? Get in touch with us.

AI can make mistakes. Read along before you send or publish anything. Don't put sensitive personal data of customers (such as ID numbers, medical or financial details) in a task.
